¿Qué hacer al recibir mi paquete?
El cliente debe revisar su mercancía dentro de la agencia, frente a nuestro personal al momento de retirarla o recibirla a domicilio. El cliente dispone de un mes para retirar su(s) paquete(s), contados a partir de que se encuentre en estatus «Disponible», de no ser retirado en ese lapso, el paquete se considera en «Abandono Definitivo». Una vez que el paquete se encuentre en abandono definitivo, Liberty Express tendrá el derecho de disponer del mismo, sin que el cliente pueda o tenga derecho a reclamar retribución alguna.
