How does the Free Returns Service work?

  • If you made an online purchase from a store in another country and need to return it, the first step is to contact the seller to find out how to process the return.
  • Most sellers will refund the money back to the original method of payment, some will issue credits for future purchases, and some do not ask for the item to be returned.

What are the requirements for a Free Return?

  • The original purchase must have been shipped by Liberty Express from the store’s country to your country.
  • Only the originally shipped items can be returned.
  • Only a portion of the items can also be returned.
  • The return must include the seller’s authorization.
  • There are limits to the number of packages to be returned per customer and we reserve the right to refuse a free return.
  • In case of refusal of a free return, the customer may choose to pay for regular shipping.
  • Free returns are special offers and may change at any time, without prior notice.

For every international shipment or online purchases, you need a Box, you must be registered in the destination country where you want to receive.

What to do when I receive my package?

Our customers must check their package(s) inside a Liberty Express store, in front of our staff at the time of picking it up or at delivery time. The client has three months (90 days) to pick up his/her package(s), counted from the momment it is in «Available» status, if it doesn`t pick it up within that period the package is considered «Definitive Abandonment». Once the package is definitively abandoned Liberty Express will have the right to dispose of it without the client being able or having the right to claim any compensation.
