The Assisted Purchase is a service that Liberty Express offers you where we make the purchase for you, it is useful when you do not have an international payment method or credit card, it is also useful when from your country you cannot access the web page of the store of your choice, and it is very helpful when you simply require someone to make the purchase for you.

How the Assisted Purchase works

  • You can request this service at any of our branches or contact us and we will gladly assist you.
  • If you are not a Libert Express customer, you must register in our Customer Application.
  • You must have at hand the link to the web page of the product you want us to buy for you.
  • Then we will let you know the amount to pay, which will include the cost of the product, plus shipping to the branch or address of your choice.
  • Knowing the amount, you can proceed to pay at any of our branches or you can pay using any of the payment methods available in Liberty Express.
  • After paying you just have to wait for the package of your purchase to arrive.
  • You will be able to track it by logging into the Liberty Express Customer Application.

How do I get a Box?

For every international shipment or online purchases, you need a Box, you must be registered in the destination country where you want to receive.

What to do when I receive my package?

Our customers must check their package(s) inside a Liberty Express store, in front of our staff at the time of picking it up or at delivery time. The client has three months (90 days) to pick up his/her package(s), counted from the momment it is in «Available» status, if it doesn`t pick it up within that period the package is considered «Definitive Abandonment». Once the package is definitively abandoned Liberty Express will have the right to dispose of it without the client being able or having the right to claim any compensation.
