Liberty Express Waybill Status


The valid status or statuses of a Liberty Express waybill are as follows:

  • Received:

    It means that we have received your purchases at our warehouse.

  • Packed:

    Your parcel has been packaged, and it will be shipped to its destination at any time.

  • Shipped:

    Your waybill (package) is in the process of being transported to its destination.

  • Customs:

    Your package has arrived at your country’s customs where it will be charged entry fees or duties and will be processed for shipment to our Distribution Center.

  • Received at Distribution Center:

    The package is at the Distribution Center for shipment to the selected Branch.

  • Transferred:

    Your package was shipped to the Pickup Branch.

  • Audit:

    The package was received by the Branch and will soon be available for pickup.

  • Available:

    You can now pick up your package.

  • NO ID:

    Package received in our warehouse, but could not be identified and assigned to a customer due to lack of information or because it was not pre-alerted.

How do I get a Box?

What to do when I receive my package?

Our customers must check their package(s) inside a Liberty Express store, in front of our staff at the time of picking it up or at delivery time. The client has three months (90 days) to pick up his/her package(s), counted from the momment it is in «Available» status, if it doesn`t pick it up within that period the package is considered «Definitive Abandonment». Once the package is definitively abandoned Liberty Express will have the right to dispose of it without the client being able or having the right to claim any compensation.
